Returns and Refund Policy

For all orders placed via,returns are valid within 14 days of the order's shipped date.
If the value of your order exceeds S$100 or 5000 INR, we even cover the shipping costs of your returns!!


Our return policy is applicable for 14 days i.e. since the order was delivered at your doorstep. If we have not heard from you and received the product back by this time, this return policy is not applicable for the contents of your order.
The following reasons are acceptable for returns.
Defective products can be returned for exchange or refund. Note that we thoroughly subject the products through quality check prior to shipment.
Incorrectly shipped product i.e. product which does not match the product description or photograph in color (color is completely different) or design can be returned for exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, tagged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packaging.
Once your package is received and inspected, we will confirm (by email) its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We shall deposit the refund amount back into your account with in 24 hrs of Refund approval.If you have not recieved any refunds or not heard from us pls contact us here


Sign in to your Account thru Return page , select the order you wish to return by clicking on the "Return" button.
Fill in the necessary information for the return.
Further instructions for the return will be provided after you have submitted the form.


For your return to be valid, it has to be mailed within the 14 days deadline. Late returns will be duly declined.
Item must be returned in original condition (item cannot be worn, ironed, altered, or washed, etc.)
All original parts and accessories must be included.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging.
You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) in the form of shopping credits. Any discount, rebate, or promotion may be pro-rated accordingly.
VIBGYOR shall not be liable for lost return parcels should it be mailed via shipping methods without tracking information.Hence, it is recommended that you use a shipping method that gives a tracking number so that you can keep track of where the parcel is.
Returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive them.


Sale items are not eligible for refund unless the item is qualified as defective.


If you decide to exchange your item(s) for valid reasons (stated above), the item may be exchanged for the same product or equivalent product (whose current selling price matches that of your item).


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for its value upon its return. A gift certificate will be emailed to you shortly after receipt of the returned product.
